What happens after the 14 days?
If you don't add a payment method, the account automatically reverts to the Free plan. No charges without your consent.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your account Billing page anytime. Cancellation is immediate and Pro access stays active until the end of the paid period.
What's the difference between monthly and annual?
Same full access to all Pro features. The annual plan saves you €198, paying €990 once a year instead of €99 every month (all prices are VAT excluded).
Is my data secure?
Payments are handled entirely by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. COSMO doesn't store your card details.
How often are forecasts updated?
Every Monday at 06:00 UTC. You get a summary email when forecasts are updated and a variable crosses your configured threshold.
